"Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed...

"This place exceeded my expectations. Excellent staff all around Eduardo at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Speaks English well. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They even remembered our drink. Breakfast was fantastic!! It is like breakfast and lunch food which was also very delicious. Very close to Termini station 5 minutes walk. This hotel is absolutely a 5 star. "

"Beautiful, clean, well-situated Rome hotel. I walked from the train station which was fine even with some cobble stoned streets. A bit expensive. They have a hot tub but charge 50 Euros per person to use, and it’s all outside, so we skipped it. Nice shops nearby. Enjoy Rome!"

"The location was good. It was close to the metro and some attractions. This was more a boutique hotel located on one floor of the building. Very modern and clean. Simple and small breakfast and very friendly staff. They just don't have 24 hr service and you will need to enter a code to get into the building after a certain time. I would stay here again because the price and location in comparison to other places I stayed in Rome during my trip far exceeded this quiet, cute modern hotel."
