"This is the second time staying at lea’s cottage , & on both times I’ve never been disappointed. rms are spotlessly clean, good choice of breakfast options,& evening meals where exceptional, & all staff are really nice ,would definitely recommend staying at Lea’s cottage & l will definitely return next year"

"The property was very nice, had everything we could have needed. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding and whole property spotlessly clean. The parking is small but off the road . Would recommend and stay again"

"Enough bedding for the depths of winter and a comfortable bed big enough for us two. An unspoilt Victorian house. Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking, very handy for Pickering & NYMR. We would re visit."
