"The entire staff is amazing from the valet drivers, to the bellmen, and the front desk crew. They made the experience a great one. The attractions are within walking distance. The mall is connected to the hotel and the Hollywood walk of fame is just around the corner from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options. "

"Check in process was a little unorthodox but fairly easy. It's just a little strange not to have an actual human on site. At one point my key code to my room was deactivated, so i had to go back downstairs to have the staff member on the monitor reactivate it. All in all it was a great location and a comfy stay. "

"Loved this hotel!!! So neat and clean!! Affordable and everyone was so polite and helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing. And our room was amazing. Just what i wanted with the view of the Hollywood sign from our room!! My new favorite hotel ever!!!!!"

"My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. There was a little table with a booth like wrap around seating. Never seen that but enjoyed it. The pool was awesome. Drinks and food at the pool, at the bar downstairs, at the restaurant inside, all delicious. I have never felt more taken care of and welcomed in a hotel like I did in the W. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you W Hollywood. "
