"The room had the ac unit cover door broke along with one section of the vent. The carpet had a big square cut in the floor not seemed back in. The sheer curtain was stained. The bathroom vent was very noisey and the shower nozzel was caked with lime. The elevator something spilled and was .sticky to walk on. The coffee was barely warm and taste old and to strong. Then they charged us a hundred dollar deposit and said it would take 2 days to be put back on. "

"We showed up and immediately asked for our money back. The property smelt terrible and it was very unclean. The customer service was decent and did give us our money back."

"Parking was fine, but the construction around the hotel made getting there difficult. "

"The air-conditioning was not working properly, although it kept us cool. It never shut off on automatic. We told the desk clerk and he looked at it, but he could not fix it in a few moments so we just dealt with it. Also between 9 o’clock and 11 o’clock someone above us was making lots and lots of racket. It was probably kids. Then there was someone playing drums this morning very early. I realize that is not the hotel‘s fault but still this is my review. "

"No bar but close to lots of restaurants. Clean room. Pool looked nice but never had time to use. Front desk very nice. "

"There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. "

"Lamp shades were all tilted in the room which was weird. However, the room was clean, staff was very friendly, hotel was nice, and the restaurant, Mike Andersons, was worth the stay alone. Great location, quiet and no issues … just those dang lamp shades."
