The hotel is very clean. Evening in the room is super loud- the air conditioner, toilet, and sink. The walls were also pretty thin so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. The breakfast was kinda disappointing but I did like the coffee.

The most important thing for us it’s a clean room and no carpet, this hotel did exactly that no carpet and clean room, it was well maintained and the breakfast was super delicious would definitely stay again here

I had rated this small updated hotel a 5 star initially as the rooms are nice, clean and many extras. It is also very safe and convenient. However...I went to bed at midnight after a long day...just git to sleep when the people in next room got home. The noise is incredible. Had to listen to some hyperactive Spanish woman yak for 2 hrs..slamming doors, cabinets...banged on wall...nothing. only thing worse than being kept up until 2am...is not being able to understand what they are saying. Told front desk upon check out....she said sorry, but offered nothing for my lost sleep. Paper thin walls. If you bring earplugs...it's a nice place. Unfortunately I do not pack them on a regular basis.

We had a great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We’d had a terrible nights stay at another establishment (not IHG) when we last minute checked in The Garner. This stay was everything we needed and then some. Breakfast was fresh every single day. Free cookies and a different infused water in the lobby every single day. And staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after our initial bad stay at another hotel (not an IHG hotel). Thank you all for a comfortable and safe stay.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and eager to please! The room was spacious, yet a little damp. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was always ready when we went down. Such a variety! I would recommend The Garner for your stay in Pigeon Forge.

We were greeted promptly by the reception staff. Our rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and 4 options for different pillows. Water pressure in the shower was good, though the bathroom was a little small. The room was quiet, didn't hear noise from the hallway or next door neighbors. Air conditioning worked well. Parking was ample with covered spaces which was great as we arrived in a downpour and didn't have to go into the rain to get in the hotel.
