I like the location, we liked the pool but the heater was broke so a little too cold which was one of the reasons we stayed here. But everyone super friendly and it was nice and quiet. Overall a good stay.

You are close to the trolley and several eating establishments. The wax museum is within walking distance and is worth a visit. This hotel has nice places to sit outside. The people that work at the front desk and in the dining room are very sociable and helpful. We weren’t impressed with the cleaning people, because we were there for 6 days and not once did they come in and make the beds or vacuum. They did bring us towels and empty the waste baskets, but that was it.

We love the Ramada, it’s a hidden gem, especially for the price. It is our go to hotel when we come to the Smokies, 3-4 times a year. Newly remodeled, clean, comfy beds, spacious, wonderful air conditioner, and a nice indoor pool with towels. Only suggestion I have is adding a few more chairs in the pool area.

Good hotel that's clean and relatively quiet. Decent breakfast- I've had worse. Warmer pool than most too. Right in the middle of all the tourist attractions before Gatlinburg, only 10 minutes away. I would come back again next time down here.
