The hotel had was comfortable and in a good location. Staff were friendly. Room service did not check our room the entire time we were there. Trash was never collected, towels were never refreshed. Breakfast was sub-par. Food just didn't taste fresh and the food was in minimal quantity it felt like.

The location was good.the room was large thats l's really the only positives. The mountain view was mostly blocked by the roof. The rooms definitely need some updating . The beds were hard and the faucet leaked. The full buffet breakfast that I was told would be ready by 730 consisted of eggs and sausage. It was terrible. I wont stay there again

Loved the triple family room we stayed in there were 3 queen size beds and lots of room!!!! however, food was on the floor from previous guests, 1 of the fridges didn't work, blower dryer was ripped off the wall.

Not a clean place, didn't have working outlets, we got this place for free breakfast and to relax in jacuzzi but it was so dirty we didnt, person at counter was nice.

This property is in bad condition, Duct tape holding things together. The breakfast was so bad we went elsewhere. After checking in we asked for another room. The glass was cracked on the closet. The faucet was breaking off. Couldn’t wait to leave….
