Market Street Hotel is a definite go-to if I visit Edinburgh again. It's clean and modern. I was first assigned a bigger room (Roomy) but it had a small window that looked out onto another building with no view of the sky at all. The front desk readily acceded to my request to change to a slightly smaller room that faced Waverley Station and Princes Street. Very convenient

Fantastic experience and most friendliest hotel staff I met recently. Breakfast is amazing as well. Located conveniently closer to the Edinburgh Railway Station and walkable distance to the Royal Mile and other attractions. Must stay if you are after a relaxing stay.

Great location, comfortable Pity lack of window by the bed

Wonderful experience. While the facilities at the premises were minimal, the spacious room, friendly staff and within walking distance to restaurants, more than made up for it. We drove to Edinburgh, so car parking facility was extremely useful.

I had a pleasant time staying at Yotel Edinburgh. The hotel's locality is very near the city area which makes it conducive for walking. The rooms I stayed in were furnished with the basic but essential amenities which were sufficient for me. The staff were also friendly and responsive whenever we provided feedback and were prompt to attend to our concerns. I have intentions to visit Edinburgh again and will certainly consider Yotel Edinburgh favorably for my accommodation needs when I do so....

They upgraded us from a petite room to a larger luxury room in the townhouse and we simply adored the spacious, cosy and well furnished room and toilet which also had a very big bath. The hotel was a comfortable 10 mins bus ride from all the main attractions in town and even had an excellent restaurant which is a must go to for a very fine Scottish meal. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and even made good chat!

In twenty years of travel this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The room was gorgeous! Beautiful decor and spotless. High ceilings. Huge room. The service was amazing- helpful, down to earth staff. The whole experience was perfection. Want to go back to Edinburgh just to stay in this hotel again! Cannot recommend highly enough
