"Check-in was easy, the residence was well kept."

"Easy access except parking. Small bathroom. Very comfortable beds."

"Nice apartment that had everything we need, just a couple blocks from restaurants."

"A great guest house with easy access to the sites of Edinburgh"

"Absolute gem of a hotel! I honestly couldn’t believe I found a place this good. Incredible location, excellent quality, and such a great price. My dad is originally from Edinburgh, and we were visiting together, and even he was floored by how good the hotel was given the price, quality, and location. It felt like an absolute find, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"I love the stay. We were there for two nights it’s a really modern cosy room with nice views."

"Great location! Room was comfortable and clean. However we were not sure how to contact or speak with staff so it made checking in and checking out a bit confusing. Still would recommend staying here for your trip to Edinburgh!"

"This “hotel” does exist, yes. Be prepared to hike your luggage. You don’t get greeted by anyone in a welcoming manner, rather you receive a message from one person to call another person to open the door for you and that’s it. We got a room with a private bathroom….the shared ones were cleaner. Did not feel clean, safe, or comfortable. The halls smell of stale cigarettes. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice."

"Good location and the 2bedroom unit was great value. Hosts were very accommodating"

"Great location, cozy room, quiet"

"We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk."
