"This hotel was amazing. It was very modern and very clean. They even upgraded me to a deluxe room, which had more space and windows. It was very roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I couldn’t believe I could find such a nice room at such a great price right in the Royal Mile. You have to be careful which ibis you go to since there are two just a block away, but they obvious are used to people’s confusion as they instantly asked to see my reservation, anticipating I first went to the wrong room (which I did). I still don’t understand why no hotels have Kleenex available, but it’s all of them."

"The hotel was a great find for us. It's central but in a great quiet location on the banks of the river Clyde.We travelled by train to Central Station so its only a 10minute walk down Union St and turn left then slightly further along. It's modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were lovely , beds are so comfy and the facilities excellent! Buffet breakfast had everything we needed and was well presented. We will definitely stay again in the future!"

"A modern, clean hotel, with friendly staff and well layed out rooms. The bed was really comfy and the shower was lovely. It would have been lovely to have tea/kettle option in the room, but other than that, the hotel was great. The bar was spacious and the communal spaces were lovely. It was well located and within easy reach of shops and stations. "
