Incredible hotel
"This hotel exceeded all expectations! Located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything, and right on Grand Via, it's truly unbeatable. Despite its downtown location, noise is not an issue thanks to the excellent window insulation. Our deluxe double room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedsheets and mattresses, as well as a lovely balcony. The staff at the reception were courteous and attentive, and the minibar offered a variety of snacks and beverages. The only minor suggestions would be to include coffee in the minibar and to update the towels. Having visited Madrid multiple times, I can confidently say that I will definitely book this hotel again."
