"Comfortable bed. Clean room. Close to everything. It was conveniently located to the beach & town. We parked our car & walked where we needed to go the whole weekend… it’s just a few blocks to the beach. It was quiet for our stay. There isn’t a swimming pool but we’re there for the beach so not a problem for us. No breakfast but coffee is available to make in your room, again not a problem for us, we enjoy getting our own breakfast/coffee when we come to Pismo. It’s a well kept hotel. They don’t service the room during your stay but was very responsive to our requests for more towels & garbage removal. They kept in touch with us via text & we liked this unintrusive approach. Staff was friendly & helpful! "

"The air conditioner either did not work or they didn't have one which made it difficult to sleep that's my only negative probably in typical weather and not having air in Pismo wouldn't be an issue but it was hot"
