"I have reserved a room for four nights and me and my partner decided to go visit his mom for a day because we had paid for four nights in advance and since we were gone that one day they had sent the maid to the room or housekeeping. I should say to check the room and since we had no belongings in the room because we're both coming from out of state and need them to go to visit his mom. They gave our room away and so we were both 3 and 7 hours away from our original home and they told their us that there was nothing that they can do for us because they were all sold out. But we had already paid for 4 days so we were just out of money and he said he can look into other properties to see but it is spring break weekend so everyone was sold out and it was very inconvenient"

"Beware—online photos and ratings for this hotel are extremely misleading. It absolutely does not deserve a 9.0 rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The building and furniture are outdated and poorly maintained, giving the entire place a run-down feel. Breakfast was another major issue. The food did not seem fresh, and while guests were standing in line waiting, staff were actively taking food away instead of restocking it, leaving several people without anything to eat. The hallways had a strong chlorine smell, which was unpleasant and overwhelming. We also had ongoing issues with the key cards—they frequently didn’t work for both the room and building access. The beds creaked loudly with any movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the bedding and towels had a noticeable odor, similar to fried food, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, the TVs had no internet connectivity, so streaming services like Netflix were unusable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I travel often. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."

"The rooms were very nasty… spiderwebs build up stains all in the carpet stains over the walls the staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming at all… 302.00 wasn’t worth it all!!! This was a horrible experience "

"I arrived early because I had a wedding to attend. We flew in from NY. I asked if we could check in and I was told that check in is at 4pm. Which I understand but I just explained that I had to attend a wedding at 4pm. The lady at the front desk was annoyed and rude. Then she proceed to tell me that my room wasn’t ready but I with face to pay an early check in fee. I don’t not have an issue with paying a fee for checking in early. What I do have an issue with is the young ladies attitude and how she conducted my check in process. Not only was she rude she didn’t give me the correct room #. There was a nice African American lady that helped me with obtaining the correct room number and what to do if I couldn’t unlock my room. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not know if I will return to this particular hotel. "
