"Great location just minutes from port, Petit Champlain, and Funicular up to Dufferin Terrace to Upper Old Quebec City. They did offer a breakfast at $25/person but we chose to walk I to Place Royale and get lively pastries and coffees at Maison Smith. Will stay here again. Only "complaint" is that our room did not have any bedside outlets for charging and maybe a little more light in shower would have been nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

"We had a room near the top of the hotel. The view over The Plains of Abraham was fantastic, as was the view from Ciel, the revolving restaurant. The food there was very good also. There are 4 elevators, so no waiting. Check-in and check-out were smooth and eas. Very attentive staff. Our fridge wasn't working, I called the front desk, and a maintenance guy was there to fix it in 10 minutes! Perfect location on the Grande Allèe, the main street down into the Old Town. Several great restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel. A 5 minute walk to The Plains, a beautiful park reminiscent of Central Park in New York. Great hotel. Great location. Great value for the price. 100% highly recommended."

"Wonderful service, reasonably priced. Location was walkable to everything in old Quebec, and valet parking was easy for days when we wanted to use our car.
