The hospitality throughout the hotel was consistently warm and attentive. Despite visiting during the busy holiday season, every interaction—from check‑in to the bellman, housekeeping, and room service—felt genuinely welcoming. The staff carried a calm professionalism that made the stay feel effortless. The apartment itself is impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed.
