"It was walkable to the city center - 15 minutes or so but would have preferred hotel just a little closer. Nice hotel super friendly staff and good restaurants all around. "

"Very easy to access to different spaces and the room is very good size.
Staff are friendly. 5 min to Milan station and 2 min to metro. Super easy and friendly place to stay and tour Milan!"
"Room was very spacious bathroom was very clean and lots of amenities. Hotel ambience and location excellent. Some of the staff were very courteous. Some need to be a little more cordial "
"The hotel is on a fairly large and safe street. The room was very quiet, facing inner yard and with soundproof windows, we booked a hypoallergenic room and it had a wood-like laminate floor that was spotless, comfy beds, and very efficient and quiet air conditioning. I had my best sleep in this trip. The breakfast had a really tasty smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, and of course a large selection of pastries. There are no usb ports for phone charging in the room but a very nice guy at the front desk found a converter to european plug for us. The only small challenge was that rooms have the actual keys rather than key cards. Might be a bit challenging for someone with arthritis but feels like a safer option for everyone else."
"
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant."
