"Hotel clean and staff very helpful. Only did bed and breakfast which was very good with lots of space in the dining room. Nice view of the beach and options of eating alfresco. Hotel great position on the coast and only 5 minute walk to shops and wide choice of restaurants. We would look return and stay there again."

"Our stay as a whole was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. However the only downside was poor communication. We received an email days before our arrival offering us the option to upgrade which we requested. We never heard back and told on check in there was nothing available. We had also emailed the hotel a few day before check in with some questions and again we did not get any response. We also emailed while there asking for clarity on the dress code for the restaurant and again no response so we were quite disappointed by that. We were advised to use the app so I decided on the second day to request a specific pillow which the app offered. Unfortunately again, we never received any reply and the pillow was never delivered. Seems a bit pointless to ask us to use the app when no one responds. However everything else was great. Food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious. Loved the bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive."

"I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted advice on what to do and they all had great advice, Kamran helped with taxi's, I needed a hoover for my vacuum packed bags (easyjet carryon bag haha) and the cleaner left it in my room, and I left my watch behind and Ciara kindly took it to the post office. It couldn't have been cleaner, beds made daily and new towels every other day. The breakfast was a huge selection and really delicious. The location is so close to the beach, and we felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book!! And thank you so much."

"4th stay here this year, fantastic hotel & i didn't want to leave & can't wait to come back, facilities are good, staff are great & the food is nice & good value oh & the area is beautiful. I was seriously considering extending my stay & wish i had,i got to the airport & stuck on the plane over 3 hours then cancelled flight so i booked along Arenal for 2 further nights, i should of stayed where i was, Arenal does not compare to ona hotel & Paguera."

"I had an amazing stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I only have one suggestion: please consider putting “NO SMOKING” signs on every balcony. We were informed at check-in that smoking was not permitted anywhere on the property, except in front of the building. However, while I was enjoying my balcony early in the morning, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from more than one room. Even worse, my upstairs neighbor actually had the audacity to tip cigarette ash over the railing onto my balcony. This was very unpleasant and completely unacceptable. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return."
