" Honestly everything was great once we got there but the service before? Was awful. AWFUL. I wanted to add a guest to my reservation and I could not get in contact with them. I travel a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to reach out to the hotel 6 times. I called and they answered but once I said “Hello?”, They hung up on me immediately. I then got a friend who spoke Spanish and they continued the conversation. This happened 3 times and refused to help me with my issue. I used the contact form on the website, I emailed them all over a month in advance, and no response. I even asked Expedia for help and they refused to amend my reservation or offer assistance. So when I got there, the lady working did not apologize nor offer kindness or regret about what had happened. Instead she charged us more than we paid for the initial booking and more than the Bahia Del Sol website price for a double room for two people. This would not had been such a hassle for any other hotel I’ve been to. Nor would it have been such a steep fee when the room already held space for two people. I’m thoroughly disappointed especially since it is a beautiful resort. "

"Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. "

"Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !"

"Lovely hotel with incredible views and great swimming pool environment. Breakfast was reasonable and reception were helpful. The room was okay, small but a working fridge and decent bathroom. The aircon was very noisy even on a low fan. The rooftop bar is fantastic! "
