"The view from the dining room and my room was amazing! The staff was nice and responsive. However, they were not so diligent. When I got there, the shower was not working, the heat was blasting. This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had...

"The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s located within the main street and it’s surrounded by a lot of streets and dining options. The hotel itself it’s awful. It’s way to expensive for the quality and property conditions. My room had a lot of areas where the painting was coming off or the wall was cracked. The reception lady that helped me with the check in was awful. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to be able to do check in. The buffet breakfast is ok but definitely not...
