"The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. "Property itself was oké, but the location was in the party area of the town. Frontdesk staff was the worst kind: arrogant, no intrest in guests, not helpfull, etc. These people are, in my opinion essential for a pleasant stay. Mainly british party guests. Cleaningstaff and waiters are friendly though. Pools suitable for guests of every age. "
