"The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. Super convenient to beach, good supermarkets, buses, etc. I was in the 4-bed female dorm that has a window to atrium rather than to outside. That could have been annoying at night but the staff ensured quiet from 23:00, so it was probably quieter than an external window? Imagine it's hot in summer, but then you are in the Canaries... "A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi. "
