"Loved staying at Hostal Neon, the staff are all friendly and are native English speakers. They have great local knowledge, the rooms are clean and they gave us excellent advise on the best restaurants and things to do around the island. The location is great and makes it easy to travel to all the local beaches and towns. We will definitely be returning."

"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. "This hotel was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there daily and it was brilliant. In the evenings we went out for dinner, so many options available. The rooms are simply fantastic! Our view - wow! The pool was cold but it’s a sea wafer pool, so what else would you expect. They clean the pool weekly and that was great to watch. "
