"What a marvelous experience if youā€™re seeking a historic connection. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my self-tour of the adjacent monastery that is part of Cusin. No heat but no problem given fireplaces and hot water bottles. Took in the Saturday market in nearby Otavalo - an engaging town to wander about."
