"The rooms were clean from top to bottom. Fresh towels, plenty of space in the Jr Suite. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so we did not feel cramped. There was a lounge area with table and chairs and balcony. So there was true comfort and peace. The staff was hospitable and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, Rose, Sunset and Blanco. The Mare Nostrum restaurant was good, there were nights with some, really, really good food choices, Pork Tamales, breakfast, italian dishes and Asian dishes. Cecilia, Mariana, Nahomi were great hostesses. Excellent customer services and hospitality. Luis, Manuel, Marisol were great service people along with other workers in restaurant. Cilantro was good. Suite service was really good. The tacos were excellent. The Market of Quivira had some excellent choices. All and all, our trip was great. Going in the down season didn't impact our trip too much, some restaurants were closed for vacations, but we still had variety."

"Food is great. Service staff is great. Spa services and location is awesome. Reception staff can be better, we got there at 12pm and didn't get keys till 4pm. For the inconvenience they upgrade us to a two bedroom. The two bedroom suites are great!"
