"The room and hotel were very very clean. The staff was mostly helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price"

"Easy parking, clean environment. The phone in room didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remote, but the front desk was prompt in fixing the remote issue. Only weird part was when I was sleeping before my work meeting and I received a call from the front desk asking if I was smoking in my room because they could smell it and I was the only one on the side. I was in fact not smoking and sleeping… no other issue came of it. Just found that odd."

"Stayed at Hyatt House Pleasant Grove while visiting family and loved it! The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the mountain views were beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location was perfect, close to everything but nice and quiet. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in town!"
