"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"

"We came for our honeymoon just to get away a couple off days. Room was clean. No fridge but lots off other items. Helpful when we run out off tea and coffee gave us more. Food was good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The new girl who had started the same day we came was very nice and could not help us enough. Only downside could not get a hot drink at dinner time. Plenty off water but nothing hot. But over all very happy with our stay and planing our next stay for next year."
"Hotel was in a good position for some attractions (south pier and pleasure beach) and tram stops were more or less opposite the hotel. Nice clean seaview room, comfy beds and tea and coffee facilties. Food was excellent with good choices and quality products used. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the nightly entertainment was excellent with guests having the option to reserve seats for their stay which is ideal as the hotel entertainment is open to non residents for the evening shows. Good parking available at front of property. "
"We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.
Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)
Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.
Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day.
We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind."
