"The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a lot of subway lines for frequent travel through the city, stores, and places to eat. Overall an excellent place to stay. Some notes that I didn’t realize before booking that’s not a big deal but good to know. While you do have your own room that locks there is no real roof so if you’re a light sleeper, that may be a problem as you could hear someone in the middle of the night. There is no elevator, and they don’t provide shower shoes. Overall a great place to stay and I look forward to coming back I can’t recommend it enough."

"I had an amazing stay! From the proximity to food, shopping, attractions and subway to the friendly front desk staff!! I arrived at 8 am and was able to leave my luggage and explore the city until my room was ready. Check in was a breeze. Received a welcome bag with water, candy, cookies and chips. 2 more bottles of water were in the room. Breakfast was provided every day. The water was nice and hot like I love it (so much so that the steam set off the fire alarm….oops) I was able to get a late check out and store my luggage until it was time for me to head to the airport. Forgot my cell phone charger and the front desk had it ready and waiting for me to pick up. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. I will definitely book another stay for next month. "

"This our go to hotel when we travel to NYC. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is clean and has great views as well as being super convenient to multiple subway lines to quickly take you anywhere you need to go in the city. "

"Definitely on of the more unique pod style experiences in such a historic hotel. Rooms were small but comfy and I definitely appreciated having a tv and air conditioner. Great food, shops, barber, etc within walking distance and its right across the street from the Hudson for beautiful water views. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel with helpful staff. The room was clean and cute and the gym was more than adequate, with free weights, cardio equipment, and some various medicine balls and resistance bands. They also provide chilled wet face towels with peppermint on them in the gym! The chilled mint towels are the best. Would stay again. "
