"Location - access to MTA buses and subways. Maid service excellent. No wrinkle sheets - lots of towels. 6 pillows and futon as requested - no feathers as I am allergic to down, feathers, etc. Inventive menu in Take Care Cafe for breakfast. "

"Awesome hotel! Awesome staff. Great amenities. Hotel is nice and clean. Aesthetic if that matters to you. Location is almost perfect in the heart of lower east side. Room is extremely small but it’s NYC so you can’t expect anything different. Will be back! "
