"Rock hard bed- pretty sure it was a literal box spring. Barely got any sleep on it. Young guy working the front desk had zero customer service skills, was rude, and went out of his way to be unhelpful. What a joke."

"Stayed here multiple times. Location is great; near the airport and walking distance to Liberty Station shops and restaurants. The walkway along the waterway behind the hotel is good for a morning walk. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Definitely will stay here again next trip to San Diego."

"Parking is terrible at this location. Our room was facing the street and you can hear the cars zooming by all night. We did not get a full night rest with the constant noise. Also the outside of the hotel lacked cleanliness. "
