"We had a great time staying here. The only things I could complain about is the receptionist on May 14 around 12 PM was a little rude with her facial expressions and tone while checking in and the Jacuzzi looked green during our stay but everything else was a 10 out of 10."

"Stayed here multiple times. Location is great; near the airport and walking distance to Liberty Station shops and restaurants. The walkway along the waterway behind the hotel is good for a morning walk. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Definitely will stay here again next trip to San Diego."

"Room smelled really bad , like if the carpet was wet, also room looked old run down , staff came to the door with a loud knock at 9am to asked what time we were leaving. "

"We got to the hotel almost 4 hours early and asked if we could have an early check-in — Jay was super helpful and accommodated us within 5 minutes (I know that's not always the case, but he let us know it may not be possible since they were sold out the previous night and was very nice about it). Our entire stay was perfect. The property is very well maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area is really cute with a ton of lounge areas, and we basically had it to ourselves anytime we went out there, which wasn't too often, but it was nice and quiet. We spent our first few nights in San Diego at the Marriott Marquis Marina, which was gorgeous and in a prime location, but honestly I enjoyed our stay here more due to the quiet atmosphere and staff. 10/10 would stay here again and we're already talking about coming back with our kids. Thanks Jay and everyone else that helped us — I'm sorry I didn't catch everyone's name but you were all fantastic and you made our last 3 nights in San Diego wonderful!"
