"Quick and courteous customer service even though lobby was full of customers. Adequate staff, very professional. Beautiful hotel with adequate space to park and wait while checking in. Very adequate parking lot for guests. Very clean and well stocked café for grab and go food and the breakfast they provide. Very clean room with Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which are good products. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the city of San Francisco. This day was for overnight prior to a surgical procedure at the hospital, which is a short three block walk away from the hotel. But if I was coming for a pleasure visit, I would feel very comfortable in this hotel. "

"The room, The bathroom very nice and clean.The bathroom was very organized with towels, & toiletries. House keeping was very attentive to your needs, & very nice, friendly. The room was very comfortable, & quiet. The breakfast was very delicious, good, hot, fresh, organized, professional, excellent staff & friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with food. And this was my first time staying at this hotel. I can say I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I definitely would recommend for you to book your room at. And I also recommend that you add the breakfast complimentary to your stay. The breakfast was excellent. So I give this hotel 10/10. And with this hotel they do have other ones in other states I believe. "

"Had an amazing stay! My group of 4 got 1 room for 1 night, parking is simple and much cheaper than surrounding hotels. There’s a lot of coffee spots and restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast is a huge plus, it was yummy and I loved the window seating with street view. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we didn’t ask for a bay view but still lucked out and got a great view of the city! Will definitely be staying again for my birthday ! ❤️"
