Staff were all very pleasant. Valet was prompt with getting your vehicle. And breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated as is the rest of the hotel. My favorite spot was the courtyard, especially near the fireplace. I would stay here again.

I had a lovely experience here, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel was very well maintained, there is a full bar, the staff was very helpful, and check-in and out were extremely easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning.

The hotel and rooms are cute, with fun tile throughout the property. The outdoor area has cute cafe lights, but the furniture was a bit weathered and some tears. Would be nice to have breakfast included. Beds were comfortable and nice to have a room with a balcony. Conveniently located near the airport. Would stay again if I needed a place close to the airport in SD.

Beautiful hotel that sits on the corner. Its about 8 minutes from the airport. Beautiful backspash in the bathtoom. Everything was updated! Love these boutique hotels.

We had an enjoyable stay in San Diego. The hotel was cute and clean and conveniently located. Our room view was the courtyard which was pretty. The rooms could use a bit of upgrading but they were clean. The bar and restaurant were nice. Our bar tender/server, Mitch was friendly and the food was better than expected for such a small place. All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the lack of parking. There was valet but for those who want access to their vehicle it's not to convenient. We would stay there again.

We had a good time. It was in the most perfect spot. It was clean. And loved being able to walk everywhere. Disliked having no where to park when we needed to check in and it was only valet. $$$ not okay.

Hotel seemed clean, bathroom sink drain smelled horrible. AC unit needs service, did not get cold enough. Unit had a warning that filter needed changing. The room was humid when I walked in, kind of stayed that way after running the unit all night. Valet parking only, street parking is a nightmare. Bartenders were awesome so that’s good.

The rooms are really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the AC was horrible and really affected our stay. The unit seemed old, and when we first walked into the room, it felt muggy and uncomfortable. We tried turning on the AC, but it would not run on high. To top it off, the windows didn’t open, so there was no way to get fresh air into the room. We asked someone to come look at the AC, but the issue was never resolved. When we requested to switch rooms, we were told the hotel was sold out. I understand hotels can be fully booked, but that doesn’t change the fact that we were left in an uncomfortable room with air conditioning that wasn’t working properly. The rooms themselves were nice and clean, which made the experience even more disappointing. However, having a comfortable room with properly functioning AC is a basic expectation when paying for a hotel stay. I hope management addresses these issues and improves how situations like this are handled for future guests.

We loved this location and the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were with friends. We had a dog with us and staff was so kind and accommodating. The spaces and amenities were great. A very nice place to stay in the San Diego area.

The location was good and convenient but the hotel itself wasn’t the greatest. Looks much better in pictures. The hotel online states that they have Air conditioning and unfortunately that’s not true and we had to ask for a fan which was disappointing and they do not have their own parking for the hotel which forces you to pay $40 a day to valet park . I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room had issues.. the a/c was busted so they jimmy rigged plastic with tape a portable A/C unit to get something working. The front staff is nearly nonexistent. Checkin waited 20 minutes. The other times I had to get towels and they said to come down to front desk and again a hunt to find them. Other times coming back, they awere not there too. Parking is street parking if you dont want to valet. Valet is expensive. The drop off check in location is the curb where you park in the valet marked section which was okay but weird. Note the street parking isn't too bad, worse case was parking 1 block away. The hotel is clean. They offer water with lemon at the front.
