"Outstanding place to stay. All staff was helpful and friendly… The backyard was a great place to eat… The Woods restaurant is easy to get too and also a great place to eat!! The young lady who helped us with bike rental was so helpful and friendly!!"

"Going thru major renovation. Our building was complete. But on our 2nd day there they had people staying upstairs and next door when more than half the rooms were empty. We heard the people above us. Food was OK. Asked for 1-2 chairs and we never received them. Asked for 2nd remote for 2nd TV and got it the next day."

"Layout is confusing and not great if you have mobility issues. The staff was not super helpful at the front desk, we were told the wrong time for breakfast ending. Do not clog the toilet, or you'll have a maintenance guy haphazardly working on it. He set the dirty plunger on the floor in the bathroom floor and when done just carried it dripping across the room floor. I would expect at least a bag to put it in or something. Bed was fine but very high, so again if you have some mobility issues it can be a problem."
