"First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time."

"This was our 2nd time at this property. The first time was better. Bathroom towels look kind of 'old' and grayish. Don't know if the beddings are changed when new guests arrive. "

The breakfast selection was impressive—even with my dietary restrictions, I found plenty of delicious options. The staff stood out for their genuinely warm hospitality and exceptional service; I’d give them more than five stars if possible! From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms.
