Four Seasons, Polynesia hotels

Amazing island and hotel. All top notch except the following (bare in mind it’s feedback for a 5 star so all over great stay) Do not expect the same quality especially service and food as in a relais chateau.. breakfast is great but the rest of the food (lunch and dinner) are ok but mediocre for a 5star, most fish and meat and veggies were overcooked and pretty simple, given the amazing fresh fish they could have sourced. Stayed in the hotel for total of 7 nights. Overall great hotel for meals as it is near walking distance to the outdoor malls and in the streets. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming. But I have not gotten my deposit back. Hope the management will look into this and expedite my refund.

great!

Easy access to the nearby eateries (Blue Ocean, Maguro Poke Bowl). Room facilities are a bit run-down (broken cabinet door, no room slippers, overworked aircon...
