"Very nice cabin with room for the four of us. Folks at the desk were always great for help and the like. There was always hot water and coffee, and a nice selection of snacks. The towels were wonderful, and the cleaners were very nice
The place is within two or three minutes of the Wolf and Bear museum, the Yellowstone Information Center, the History Museum as well as several restaurants, it was about five minutes walk to grocery store.
If you turn right out of the Parking lot, and left on main street you can get to park entrance without all the drama of going thru town. Traffic otherwise is awful in morning.
The kitchen was the main disappontment, poorly set up, no where to put dishes to dry. The dishes and utensils were haphazzard. The glasses were not clean. No scrubbing sponge. Etc.
the light switches at door were not marked so it was guess work
But those were not deal breakers for us"
"The beds were very comfortable and even though it was very basic “continental “breakfast, it was adequate. Location was nice and quiet. Like the fact, the parking was right outside our door."
"Staff was friendly and the location was nice for access to visiting Lamar Valley, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Artist Point, Hayden Valley. There were a few different restaurants and we learned this is due to the restaurants also providing services for Campgrounds in the same area. Restaurant and store was a bit crowded. The rooms were nice and we liked the outdoor porch area attached to the room. Internet was not working at all. They did have free charging stations for hybrid and electric vehicles."
"This was the perfect place for our Yellowstone stay! The breakfast every day was amazing, everything was clean, and the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating! Highly recommend!!"
