Affordable for a family of 7. The pool for kids is poor due to uncleaned bird droppings! Euww. The 4-metre-deep pool is not being cleaned too. Others would be sufficient enough. Cannot cook, by the way.

Worst ever hotel I’ve been check in. Building condition is very bad Pool is very dirty No keys provided for my room - Not feeling secure Feeling very disappointed Is better Expedia remove this hotel from your list, otherwise, I will not use Expedia any more to book the hotel

Hi, appreciate your reviews.. Building I problem coz of bad management. Pool dirty because when guest still on the water our maintenance can't put chemical and clean so we need to wait when no one in the pool. Sorry for that. I don't think we don't provide the keys, if you don't have keys how come you can check in. Our security here is 24hour on guard and without unit number you can't enter the premises. We will do our best to upgrade our place. Thank you and appreciated.

Old building,lift not function well,room not so comfortable,bathroom old type equipment,the man that managing no proper place to handle equpency to deliver room key.That the rate l give with the money l spent for the room.

The buildings are quite run down...the elevator is very old and its a bit frightening to have to stand inside coz it feels like the elevator flooring will fall any minute while you're inside...the swimming pool is dirty with a lot of doves' excreta seen underwater...so there is no consideration of swimming in..most importantly, it is very obvious that the place has been neglected by the management.

The lift and corridan are so dirty,
The cleanliness we at the low level. The building maintenance is so poor. The most annoying is, there is a signage says the walk-in pri ce is RM 60 to RM 70 per r oom ( less than half from what I paid).
