"This hotel was wonderful, nice large room, clean and well presented. Bathroom had a lovely large walk in shower and well stocked with toiletries. Communal areas are very clean and look really nice. We also had a brilliant breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It is in a perfect location for the bus station a number of theatres and shopping. We have stayed here before and will do so again, would definitely recommend. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The executive room was lovely and had a river view. The only downside of that was when the spa opened you could hear voices outside, especially when the spa opens early in the morning. The shower was great and bed really comfy. Breakfast in the hotel was good. They do continental help yourself and order the hot food and tea/coffee. The first morning we did wait quite a long time to order and noticed others who came in after us ordered and received their food before we ordered and it wasn’t too busy. The 2nd day we ordered quickly and received our food quickly so wasn’t a regular thing with the slow service. The spa was lovely too having been done up. The outdoor is great and indoor relaxing, the indoor pool was a little cold though! We did have messages also which were lovely. I would return again, I would just be prepared for the colder indoor pool and allocate longer for breakfast. "
