"The hotel was very clean. Staff were excellent. Rooms comfortable and contained everything needed. Little Italy was walkable . The only complaint was room layout gusting could have been brighter. The breakfast selection was also good and reasonably priced. "

"Every time I visited the receptionist desk area, it was a different gentleman that was there. Some were rude and some were very nice. They didn’t allow me to check-in early and my room looked clean, but when the moment that I pulled my chair out, there was a pair of boxer briefs on it. The receptionist was nice enough to upgrade my room. However, the noises were so loud at night and a random stranger knocked on my door at 10pm in the middle of the night with his back turned against the door. He was just quietly staying there for a few minutes and I called the reception desk to check it out. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night and I was horrified due to being a solo traveler. I attempted to check out the very next morning and got refunded for the other 2 nights that I am not staying. I was provided with a receipt and the receptionist told me to check with Expedia because sometimes the refund would not reflect since I booked it on here. But it’s been 3 business days and I still have not received the refund. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Just didn't have a working TV (no sound) but could'nt care much as i was barely in the room to use it. But overall a recommended stay!"

"The staff at breakfast and happy hour were great. This hotel seems a bit older, for some reason they only had accessible rooms when I checked in when I did not request this style room. With the accessible room water gets everywhere in the shower, house keeping didn’t come by when I didn’t have my privacy sign up. Overall a great location to walk to seaport, gaslamp, convention center and other wonderful places. Also, not far from airport. "

"Incredible location, top quality service, really feel welcomed! Most ameneties were closed and no entertainment or activities, but tonnes to do in the local area. Rooms are much smaller than anticipated and the TV's are likely haunted or dont work, but still very nice. Again when staying that central, its not much of a deal breaker. Food is delicious, but verrrry expensive. Shout out to the valet staff, its worth every penny!"

"Very convenient location! The hotel is only about 5 minutes from the cruise ship terminal, which made our arrival very easy. We disembarked early in the morning and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was fantastic. The pool was heated, and our child really enjoyed swimming there. The breakfast was also very good. Another great convenience was that we could easily rent a car downstairs right next to the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Room was dirty and AC was broken. They gave us a new room after we spoke with them. Then we went to open the door to the new room and heard people talking as I grabbed the door handle, two men walked out. I complained to the manager and he started arguing with me. This place has really gone down the toilet. Will NOT be staying there again."
