"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Berna for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was nicely appointed and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants withing easy walking distance, in fact one right next door and another across the street, both of which we ate at and had no complaints. Our only complaint is that the carpet in our room needed to have a deep cleaning, shampooed thoroughly removing all stains."

"Breakfast spread spread had runny eggs and no pancakes or waffles. Bacon wasn't really cooked There was some fruit and few different options like crossiants, bread, muffins. It is a light breakfast nothing over the top."

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
