"The room was nice, ive stayed before and the standards vary. But overall a lovely stay with a nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna for free with the stay. Free parking and comfy beds. "

"The front desk was exceptionally helpful with check in, recommendations for activities, and arranging transportation. The views of the harbor from our room was phenomenal! The restaurants were quite nice, but reservations are a must."

"The room was clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. I did have trouble locating the front door and had to ask in the pub where it was. The toilet seat was loose and there was no plug in the sink, but these were minor inconveniences due to the short time I stayed at the hotel. "

"Easy check in with help on hand, room was nice, comfortable and had a great TV. Dinner was fine, bar staff friendly and breakfast perfect. Car park gets busy with Gym users, but found a space easily enough."

"Quick checkin, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect spot to stay overnight before catching a cruise from Southampton. Shopping center and many restaurants within walking distance too."

"We recently stayed at this hotel after breaking down on our journey. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make our first night and phoned the hotel to explain the situation. The woman we spoke to didn’t seem very interested or concerned, and we were disappointed that nobody even asked if we were okay given the circumstances. When we finally arrived the following evening around 5:30pm, the staff there were friendly and welcoming, and the stay itself was pleasant. However, the lack of empathy and customer care during our initial phone call left a negative first impression. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but better communication and understanding in situations like this would really improve the customer experience."

"The room was clean and decor in good. It was air-conditioned but stopped during the night, there was a window but it was locked shut so not a great nights sleep. If these hotels want to save on electric please let us open a window. We wouldn't stay in the summer months due to this reason alone. Convenient for parking, shopping and eating and good value for money."
