Check in was swift and staff was professional. Got my keys and as soon as I walked into the room it smelt horribly of cigarette smoke. I called front desk and they quickly switched me to a different room. Overall great location, great service, clean rooms. Would stay again if needed.

This property appears to be being used as a sanctuary hotel with long term live in residents. Area felt very unsafe, arrived late at night and men were loitering in parking lot. Traveling with a sports team and did not feel comfortable with kids.

We are not a sanctuary hotel. I am so sorry to hear that you did not feel safe at our hotel. Our first priority will always be the safety and satisfaction of our guests. Our team is diligent when it comes to ensuring the property is secure and they check regularly to ensure that no one is on the premises that is not a guest or staff member. As far as we have been notified there have not been any criminals on our premises. We will do what we can to improve the experience for you and out other guests so everyone can rest easier. Loved the flooring - no dirty carpet to deal with. Spacious room & great breakfast. The smoking area must have been close to our room b/c we could smell it & hear much laughing & talking after quiet hrs but it wasn't the worst I've ever been in.

Winter storm rescue!
Gina, Aida and other front desk staff turned weather chaos in Beaverton area to a warm, welcoming experience. Power outage sent many families to relief from sub-freezing temps and property damage. We stayed 5 days under the care of staff who were so kind and dedicated. Usual staff size was lowered because some just couldn’t get to work due to snow and ice. Those who were able put in extra hours to provide a clean and comfortable “home” for all of us while waiting for power to be restored. Facility had been refreshed recently. The daily free breakfast was plentiful and tasty— provided by just one cheerful attendant. This moderately priced property is appropriate for business travel and families in town for visiting relatives. I recommend it highly because of the committed staff. They really care about their guests and should be proud of their efforts to earn ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and Affordable
Very clean room and spacious too. We needed a place during the ice storm that had power. They serve breakfast too. We were very happy to have an affordable and clean place to stay. My only issue was with the shower. Too hard to turn on. You have to pull with a lot of strength.

Room is nice and has coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and super comfy chair with an ottoman. Also, covered parking available for some. Got in there the past two nights. I’ve been able to extend my stay as I wait for my power to be restored.

We had a suite with a kitchenette, but no utensils or dishes. They weren't even available when I asked. I wanted to heat up a cup of coffee but you can't put the paper cups in the microwave. However, I appreciated the roominess of the suite and the bed was very comfortable.

Did not like staff who smoked cigarettes during shift and would take breaks to smoke. Also, many rooms and hallways smelled like smoke, cigaretes n booze. The elevator smelled like vomit. The breakfast, hospitality room and free wifi and computer 🖥 was a success for doing daily work. Shortage on staff! Hotel should have all non smoking rooms!!

My pros outweigh the cons! 😊
I love the parking garage! It was raining when I arrived. However it’s kind of inconvenient to use the garage as the only means to the front desk. The interior walls were cold and unattractive but once I stepped in my room it was great! Oh yeah the train whistle? 😩
