The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too. "

"Partially beach view. Some staff needs training,for instance the vallet park from the check in did not offer help with luggage,only left a small cart. Place is outdated. Wifi only worked poorlly on the seconda fay."

Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you "

"Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great."

"Pasamos 5 días con mi esposa y 2 de mis hijos de 8 y 10 años. Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente cuando hay grupos grandes como fue el caso que habían 2 ómnibus de excursion lo que llevaba el servicio al limite. Pero por lo demás 10 puntos."
