While the room was OK, it was in the back and just looked into the back of other buildings. Most unpleasant and disappointing. As well, there was a significant step down from the bathroom to the main area that has the potential to be very dangerous, especially if the room is dark. Staff were pleasant!

Perfect place to stay to explore Porto. Staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Only complaint, and I still give 5 stars, is that it can get loud in the early hours of the weekend if your room faces the street as many people take this route back from the bars/clubs.

This property was ideally located. The staff was very accommodating and Bruno was very efficient at check in even though we had a delay in arriving at the hotel. The property is very safe and quiet. Overall the property allowed us to have a great time in Porto.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating and the room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was also nice as well, bread, meats, pastries and staff will ask if you require eggs which they will cook there and then. The location was great. Not too far from local bars and restaurants, roughly about 20/30 minutes walk from the river and a train station about 10 minutes if you wanted to explore the beach etc. Overall would book again.
