"This is more a 3/4 star hotel but definitely not 5 stars Positives: incredible food (quality and choice) and very friendly, dynamic and helpful staff Quite a few activities available beautiful beach Negatives: - relatively dated infrastructure (though the rooms are modern and very clean) and building - quite shocking to have to pay extra for the privilege of the first 2 rows at the beach - even though on half board basis, any water is charged (no tap water option)"

"Paying for the umbrellas on the beach kind of sucks, but I guess it allows you to sit at the front so ppl donโt towel hog all week. everything other than that was great. Dinner buffet was amazing! Pool and gym great. Good nightly entertainment. When the beach party bar was going I really enjoyed that to end the day. They only ran it Thursday and Monday out of my 5 night stay. Highly recommend!! Had a blast"

"Probably the best place I have ever stayed. Food,room, pool, beach, cocktails, wines and staff all absolutely amazing. Sadly the experience was very let down by parking. Parking poor! Had people unknown to us open their doors into both sides of rental car leaving tiny dents. Car company charged us AUD$5400 in Xs."

"Staff very accomodating and helpful - was able to check-in in the morning upon arrival rather than wait. Only negatives is that the room has not enough lighting and was a bit dark. I found the shower to be a little tight too."
