"I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach ..."

"Franco was delightful and provided fantastic service, thank you again, Properly is a bit run down and could use a renovation. We were a bit shocked at having to pay for beach chairs and towels. The hotel has a lovely view of the ocean which the best part."
