"Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer.

"I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light.
