"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cala Caterina. The setting on the water is excellent, with a relaxing and quiet vibe. The common spaces are all very well appointed near the pool, outdoor covered bar, and down on the private beach. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. "

"I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again. "

"The hotel met the need, but it's run down (maybe it's old?), cleanliness was totally fine but in our room, we had that second toilet thing we didn't use (thankfully), but when we poured water down it, it didn't work. The shower head base was broken so we had to hold the shower to wash, the shower curtain thing also leaked. Also the AC either wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat or not working to my standards (the boyfriend thought it was fine... I did not). Rooms also have paper thin walls, we were playing cards and our neighbour came knocking asking us to turn it down -- we were talking normal so we tried to be as quiet as we could after that. Also we figured out quick they run out of food by the 0900 crowd so we made a point to go for breakfast by 0830 or go out for breakfast. All-in... It met our needs of free parking and the mattress wasn't too bad to sleep on."
