"We arrived but our room wasn't ready. We went to the outdoor pool for a while, but it got too cold. We checked on the status of our room about every 45 minutes. It still wasn't ready at 8:00 pm. We were cold, hungry, exhausted, and miserable, so we left and went to another hotel."

"Service from staff could be better including understanding and speak English. Better understanding of the rooms could be updated. "

The parking was tricky on the weekends but I will assume most properties on the strip are the same. Great location easy to walk for just about anything you want, shopping, food and entertainment "
