"Fourth time we have stayed there over the years, it is convenient for the bridge across to Bilbao port and offers a good range of local ameities nearby providing you can find somewhere convenient to park. "The hotel is nice but very simple. The staff isn’t welcoming and cheery just very business with minimal conversation. We felt as if we were a bother. The lobby is very basic with no real sitting area and the entrance to the hotel is on the backside not the street level which is inconvenient when arriving and unloading. It’s not clearly noted and is a bit confusing. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard unfortunately. There is a small, complimentary coffee station in the lobby that is a nice perk. "

"Restaurant was nice but the room was disgusting. Very very cold and smelt very strong of drains all through the night. No gesture of good will from the hotel. Apart from wavering the £15 parking fee. Reception staff did not listen and we found them very rude. "

"Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June. "
